Galaxy S9 and S9+ Are Getting the New One UI Interface + Android Pie

Prepare to give a warm welcome to the brand new One UI interface along with Android Pie. The updates are about to hit the US market and power Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus smartphones.

Samsung has been heard to develop its next-gen One UI interface in addition to the latest version of Android 9 Pie. We have been waiting for so long. Finally, the South Korean giant is about to release the updates that will be available for US-based Galaxy S9 and S9+ owners.

Unfortunately, not all users will get a chance to try the new interface and OS out. They will come in hands of Xfinity Mobile owners only. In other words, the company is going to release a super-limited upgrade edition. On the other hand, international customers will also have a chance to experience the new rollout in the nearest future. As it was noted, the upgrade will be available with the Verge models only.

Users are free to track the roadmap of all upcoming upgrade releases. The schedule is published in the Samsung Member application featuring detailed descriptions and release dates. According to the roadmap, Galaxy S series devices are about to get all the latest modifications by the end of January 2019. As for the Galaxy Note 8, the handset will get its upgrades in February and March.
