Galaxy Note 8 Is Getting Updated Android Pie featuring One UI

According to the available information, Slovakian and Bulgarian Samsung Galaxy Note 8 users are currently having their Android Pei operating system updated. They say the new update is coming together with One UI user interface. Moreover, the device is rumored to receive a new security patch by the end of February.

Samsung has rolled out the new update a week after its Android 9 operating system passed beta testing. The program was also developed to power Galaxy Note 8. The main difference is that the new OS version is getting one-handed One UI, which is a custom-built interface developed especially for S9 and S9+ smartphones from the Galaxy series. The new firmware is arriving in the form of over-the-air update requiring 517MB of free space.

The first users to try the new update are mainly people who took part in the beta testing. However, the program will make the official debut in the nearest future to be found on all Galaxy Note 8 devices within Slovakia and Bulgaria regions. All residents are likely to receive notifications or find the updates manually in the Software Update section.
